Essential Oil Journal
You may be wondering why a journal to log and track essential oils? Well, there are a lot of great ones to keep track of! It’s not uncommon for me to find an essential oil brand or blend and then forget the type or name of them and just find myself frustrated down the road.
I also love having that knowledge about essential oils and love being able to go back to my journal and look at it. It’s part of how I stay organized, and I love every minute of it.
This is why this essential oil journal works. It lets me write out as much information or as little information as I like.

How to use this Essential Oil Journal
Every page is written out to show you the ropes but you can really use this journal however you’d like. It’s not difficult and it’s supposed to make the tracking of your essential oils easier. Use this journal as a simple way to write down the oils that you love, the brands that you love, the blends that you love, and more.
There are a lot of oils out there to go through so having an idea of what your favorites are is important. Since I’ve been using essential oils for years, I’ve gone through a lot of different types.
While I typically enjoy all types of essential oils, there are a few that are better than the rest. These are the ones that make sure to write down in my journal so that I know the ones that I love and don’t forget.
This Essential Oil journal is also super helpful to help me keep track of all the essential oils as well. I may have quite a few but writing them down helps me know for sure.
Fun Ways To Use This Essential Oil PDF
I’ve actually been using this for years and love it. I’m a “write it out and remember it” type of person so it works out really well for me.
If you’re not that type of person, you just might be if you haven’t tried! The pages of this journal are easy to use, easy to print out, and simple to start logging in right away.
One of my tips for using this journal is that you can add it to a binder and keep it organized that way. I’ve actually used my hole punch and made it a great addition to my other journals. With the flip of a few pages, I can have a list of essential oils and blends at my fingertips easily.
This means that I’ll also have it with me with I travel, too.
I also love the idea of gifting this to someone else in your life. Since essential oils are a big deal, why not help out a family member or friend and have them organize their love of essential oils as well?

Why use this journal?
For me, it’s just a simple way to print out and have all my essential oil knowledge right at my fingertips. I compare using a paper planner to those that like to read physical books versus digital ones. There’s just something about writing things out with a pen or pencil that makes it stick.
For me, this essential oil journal accomplishes that. It’s a great way for me to stay on top of my favorite scents and blends and uses so that I don’t ever have to worry about running out.
